There is no contact form on this site, deliberately. A form would collect and store what you typed; an email address does not, beyond the message itself. Write to us directly.
By email
One address covers everything: corrections, questions about the course, privacy requests and anything about the affiliate arrangement. If you are making a privacy request, put Privacy request in the subject line so it is routed quickly.
We aim to reply to ordinary messages within a few working days, and to privacy requests within 30 days, as set out in our privacy policy.

What we can help with
- A factual error in any of the five steps. Tell us the page and the sentence.
- Something in the course that was unclear enough that you could not act on it.
- A broken link, including a link to an Australian government page that has moved.
- Questions about how this site is funded, or about any of the legal pages.
- Access to, or correction of, any personal information we hold about you.
What we cannot help with
- Any game account. We are not a vendor, a reseller, a partner or an authorised source for any brand mentioned in the course. We cannot see, recover, restore, refund or close anyone’s account. Those requests must go to the publisher of the game concerned.
- Technical support for a game. If a game will not install or start, its publisher's support channel is the only place with the information to help.
- Individual advice. The course is general information, not professional, legal, financial or security advice, and we are not able to advise on a particular situation.
What happens to your message
Email sent to the address above is held in a mailbox run by our email service provider, which may store data outside Australia, and is accessible only to people working for Mimo-mind s.r.o. We keep it for 24 months after the last message in the conversation, unless it is needed for a legal claim. We do not add you to any list; there is no list. Nothing in the message is used for marketing, sold, rented or traded.
You may write to us under a pseudonym, except where we need to identify you in order to act on a privacy request about your own information. The privacy policy explains all of this in detail.
Complaints about privacy
If you are unhappy with how Mimo-mind s.r.o. has handled your personal information, write to info@barecanvas.online and we will respond within 30 days. If you are still unsatisfied, you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at https://www.oaic.gov.au/privacy/privacy-complaints.
